1. You agree that a consultation fee of $90 is payable should your piano be found to be untunable. Terms and conditions outlined on our website.

2. As you have an older piano, more time is usually required. A Pitch Raise then Tune maybe required if your piano has not been tuned in a long time.

3. The brand of your piano must be specified.

If you have an old BEALE upright, unfortunately we no longer service this brand due to high risk breakages in the tuning system.
